LSETF and USADF currently sponsor this LSETF/USADF Employability program to help eradicate the unemployment of thousands of youths that are destabilizing the country by developing skills in the construction trades and development field.
The Employability Programme is sponsored by the Lagos State Employability Trust Fund (LSETF), which is in conjunction with the United States African Development Foundation (USADF), which is known to help developing countries with high youth unemployment rates.

- Floor Tiling and Building Brickwork
- Home Power Supply and Hybrid Solar Installation.
- Waste Management and Building Water Supply
- Professional Woodwork and Cabinet building.
Training Process
This program has been scheduled to last for a period of 3 months. During these three months, candidates will choose where they will specialize. Qualified and experienced instructors will be assigned to every discipline, where they will take you through the process, explain what you will expect out there, and explain how to go about it.

The Requirements
If you are interested in this program, you must meet some requirements to be considered a candidate and recruited into it.
You are required to pay the organizer or anybody else. Take note of anyone who is asking you for money.
- You must be between 18-35 years of age.
- You must be currently Unemployed.
- You must have a LASRA ID
- You must be willing to commit at least 6 months, which includes 3 months of intensive training and 3 months of industrial work experience.
