The renewed hope employment which was introduced by the federal government of Nigeria in 2019 is currently open and are employing candidate who meets the requirements.
Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu with GCFRand the National Directorate of Employment (NDE) recently had a meeting and conclusion has agreed on engaging at least 93,731 (Ninety-Three Thousand, Seven Hundred and Thirty-One) individuals who have not acquired any skills or have any unemployment across Nigeria.
To achieve this, the director will provide vocational, agricultural, and entrepreneurial training to the selected individuals through the public works sector, in which 30 plus different skill sets will be taught.
With initiative of NDE which is inline with the Renewed Hope Agenda, a start upcapital will be provided to participant which will be use in buying equipment and working tool by the end of the training. Participant who due to unfor seen secomanstance can not benefit from this funds will be linked with credit granting institutions so the can easily access loans to commence small and modium scale businesses of their choice.
The FG renewed hope employment commenced on Monday 21st October, 2024 and will be ending on the 31st day of December 2024. Right now the portal is still open for new applicant.
How To Enrole
If you are interested in participating, you need to makesureyou have your NIN and you have access to the internet. You can use your phone or laptop to apply.
1. Log onto https://nde.gov.ng.
2. There you will need to read and acknowledge that you accept the conditions the prgram.
3. Now scroll down and click on “Apply”
4. Once you click there, you will be taking to a page where you submit your:
- Email address
- Phone number
- Residential address
- NIN number
5. Make sure your information are correctbecause that is the medium you will reach if your application is accpeted.
5. Once you have fill in those information, click on “Submith”.
Participant that are accepted will be reached by NDE through the contact the have provided. In some cases, delay may occur, so you need to be following up on the application to make sure you are not left out in any way.
To do this, there are NDE offices acrosethe state, you need to make enquiry of where they are locatedin your state. Go with your special ID number so that when you get there, you can be attended to.
If you are among the lucky candidate accepted, you will be contacted and the process of the program will be sent to you which include the venue it will be taking place and what you need get in order to proceed with the program.
In previous FG renewd hope program, approval have been given for the payments of trainee allowance and also to NDE traineesand trainers that handled the the program and the same things will be done in the 2024 session of the program.
You wont be asked to pay any money for this program, you only need your information as have listed them for you to apply and get accepted into the program.
