Positions and Required Qualifications
Below, you will see the requirements for the needed office, certificates and qualifications you must have to be able to apply.
1. Staff Nurse (Health)
If you are to apply for this position, you must have dual qualifications which are:
- Health Visitors Certificate
- NRN or NRM
2. Nursing Officer
You must have the following certificates from a recognized institution
- Certificate of registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
3. Medical Record Technician
For you to apply for this position, you must have the following:
- A certificate that shows you are with an Associate Membership of the Association of Medical Record Technicians.
- At least Five Credits in Science Subjects which includes English Language and Mathematics in WASSCE/GCE/SSCE.
- A certificate that shows you are an Associate Membership of Chartered Institute of Secretaries and Administrators.
4. Staff Nurse (Midwife II)
Applicants must have a certificate in the following fields:
- A recognized certificate on the Student Nurse/Student Midwife with NRN/NRM
- You must be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN)
5. Community Health Officer (CHO)
As a candidate who is interested in this position, you must have the following:
- You must have at least five credits in Science Subjects which include English Language and Mathematics in WASSCE/GCE/SSCE.
- A recognized degree or good Diploma in Community Health.
- You must be registered with the Community Health Practioner Registration Board of Nigeria (CHPRBN).
6. Dental Technician
As an applicant in that department, you must be certified in the following fields:
- You must be certified with an HND in Dental Therapy.
- You must have a diploma in Dental Surgery Technician.
- You must certainly be registered with the Dental Therapy Board and have an up-to-date Practising License
7. Junior Community Health Extension Worker (JCHEW)
If you are applying for this position, you must have the following:
- You should have at least Five Credits in Science Subjects which must include English Language and Mathematics in WASSCE/GCE/SSCE.
- You must possess the National Certificate for Health Assistant Cadre.
8. Pharmacy Technician In-Training
- You must have a pharmaceutical license.
- You must be certified as a Pharmacy Technician (CPhT)
- You should have with you at least Five Credits in Science Subjects including English Language and Mathematics in WASSCE/GCE/SSCE.
9. Community Health Influential & Promotional Service
- You are required to have at least Five Credits in WASSCE/GCE/SSCE(Science Subjects will be an added advantage).
10. Medical Officer
As a candidate who wishes to apply for this position, you must have the following:
- You are asked to have at least Five Credits in Science Subjects including English Language and Mathematics in WASSCE/GCE/SSCE.
- Certified in MBBS
- A certificate or exception letter from NYSC
